This Bivouac in Aude welcomes you in the heart of a typical southern natural environment, between garrigue and rolling vineyards. The vineyards of Domaine Borie Neuve warmly welcome you to the estate shop for a tasting of their wines. Depending on the weather, you may even catch a glimpse of the Pyrenees in the distance from the Bivouac. Just a few kilometers away, discover the charming village of Minerve and the must-see medieval city of Carcassonne. Wine lovers can explore the vineyards of the Minervois and Corbières, while nature enthusiasts will enjoy the many rivers in the region for swimming.
