Stay in an exceptional Bivouac in the heart of an olive grove in Aude, cultivated using traditional methods without any chemical products. Discover the olive oil produced on site, “Ô si l’olive m’était contée”, and take part in pruning work in spring as well as the harvest in December. Nearby, enjoy a refreshing break at the beach of Bize-Minervois, along the Cesse River, then head to the Canal du Midi! You can also explore the typical villages of Bize-Minervois, Mailhac, Ginestas, and Minerve, and wander through the first hills of the Haut-Languedoc for breathtaking views over the Narbonne plain and the forested massif of La Clape.
