Set above Azillanet in the heart of the Minervois, this Bivouac opens onto a wide olive grove with sweeping views over two surrounding valleys. The atmosphere is deeply peaceful, filled with soft light, with a sense of gradually leaving the world behind as you approach. Nearby, walks through vineyards, dry stone walls and garrigue landscapes extend the immersion. The hilltop village of Minerve, set between the Cesse and Brian gorges, as well as the Canal du Midi and Lake Jouarres in Homps, offer beautiful escapes blending heritage, swimming and the Minervois way of life.
