In Nouvelle-Aquitaine, this bivouac is set on the heights of a hillside overlooking a pond below, offering clear views of the Pyrenees on fine days. The site lies within a lively agricultural landscape, close to a family farm practicing sustainable farming and growing seeds, white garlic from Lamagne, and cereals. Toilets are available on site. Access is possible on foot, by bike, or by 4x4 depending on terrain conditions. Nearby, enjoy the village of Fourcès with its circular bastide and renowned friendly market, the Château of Cassaigne known for its cellar tours and Armagnac tastings in the heart of the vineyards, or discover the Abbey of Flaran, a peaceful cultural retreat featuring a Cistercian cloister and art exhibitions.
