At the foot of a partially wooded hill of evergreen oaks and olive trees, this bivouac offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the Cévennes, in a preserved natural setting in Pompignan. Nearby, discover Saint-Hippolyte-du-Fort, the Demoiselles cave, as well as the landscapes of the Thaurac massif and the gorges of the Hérault. Accessible by a gravel road, possible without difficulties in a van.

Sehr schön gelegener Bivouac mit fantastischer Weitsicht auf die Sevennen. Das nahe gelegene Dorf ist hinter einem Hügel, darum hat man den Eindruck, alleine in dieser schönen Landschaft zu sein. Einziger Nachteil: wenig Schatten und der Esel in der Nachbarschaft 😀.
